Return & Refund Policy

If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please package securely and include a note inside your parcel with:

  • Your invoice number
  • Your name
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you require a refund or exchange
  • The replacement item required (for exchanges)

Damages and Issues

If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty, please contact us at info@kitfix.com. We will arrange replacement parts or provide a free return label where necessary.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@kitfix.com.
